Here is how to find out where your order is.
If you have an account
Sign in and open your order history. Every order shows its current status, and once it ships, any tracking details we have been given.
If you checked out as a guest
Your order confirmation email contains a View your order link. That link opens a live status page for that specific order and does not require an account. It is the fastest way to check on a guest order.
If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or promotions folder first. It is sent from the address on your order confirmation.
Still not sure?
Send us your order number and we will look it up for you. Order numbers begin with a hash and appear at the top of your confirmation email.
When tracking appears
Tracking information becomes available once your parcel has been handed to the courier. Before that point, your order will show as being prepared.
