Ordering and payment

How do I place an order?

Add the items you want to your cart, then check out. You do not need an account — you can order as a guest — but creating one lets you track your orders and reorder faster.

How do I pay?

Full cash on delivery is not available. Every order is confirmed with an advance payment, and you have two choices:

  • Pay 100% in advance and get 5% off your order.
  • Pay a minimum 20% advance and give the balance to the courier when the parcel is handed to you.

Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and the payment details appear on the confirmation page straight after you place the order. Send us the receipt on WhatsApp with your order number, and we will confirm and dispatch.

Why do you ask for an advance?

We are a new online store and we pack and dispatch every order ourselves. The advance confirms the order is genuine before we set the stock aside and send it. You still hold most of the payment until the parcel is in your hands.

Can I order by phone or WhatsApp instead?

Yes. Call 0321 8896602, message us on WhatsApp, or email your list to accessppmart@gmail.com. We will confirm availability and the total before anything is dispatched.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched yet. Call us or email as soon as possible with your order number. Any advance you have paid is returned in full.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Lahore: 1–2 working days.
Rest of Pakistan: 5–7 working days.

Working days do not include Sundays and public holidays. The estimate runs from the day we receive your advance payment, not from the day the order is placed.

What does delivery cost?

Rs.250 flat anywhere in Pakistan. Free on orders of Rs.4,000 or more. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Can I collect from your shop instead?

Yes. Choose Pick up at checkout and there is no delivery charge at all. Collect from AL Karim Market, 7AB, Urdu Bazar, Lahore — the shop is open 10am to 9pm. Please call 0321 8896602 or message us on WhatsApp before coming so we can have your order ready.

Do you deliver outside Pakistan?

Not at the moment. We deliver within Pakistan only.

Returns and refunds

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 7 days from delivery to return an item, provided it is unused and in its original packing with any seals intact.

What cannot be returned?

Items that have been used, opened or written in, and anything whose packing or seal has been broken — this includes books, pens that have been inked, opened paint and resin, and cut paper. Sale of these is final unless the item arrived damaged or was the wrong item.

What if the item arrived damaged or wrong?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will replace it or refund it in full, and we pay the return delivery.

Who pays return delivery?

If you are returning because you changed your mind, you pay it. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we pay it.

How long does a refund take?

Once we have received and checked the returned item, refunds are issued within 7 working days. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Products and stock

An item shows in stock — is it definitely available?

In almost all cases yes. If something you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you and either arrange a substitute or refund that item.

What if I cannot find a product on the site?

Call or email us. We deal in a great deal more than is listed, and much of what passes through Urdu Bazar can be arranged for you.

Are the books original or photocopies?

We supply original published editions. If you need a specific edition or year, mention it when you order.

Wholesale

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes. Schools, academies, offices, stationery shops and resellers are all welcome.

How do I get wholesale rates?

Send your list with quantities to accessppmart@gmail.com, or send it on WhatsApp. Bulk pricing differs from the site prices and we quote per order.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum for normal orders. For wholesale rates, quantity matters — send us the list and we will tell you what we can do.
