1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the PPMart website and any order you place through it. By browsing the site or placing an order you accept these terms. Please read them before ordering.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “PPMart” mean PPMart, AL Karim Market, 7AB, Urdu Bazar, Lahore 54000, Pakistan. “You” means the person browsing the site or placing an order.

2. Who can order

You may order if you are able to enter into a binding contract under Pakistani law. If you are under 18, please order through a parent or guardian.

3. Products and availability

We try to describe every product accurately, but colours, shades and finishes can vary between production batches and can appear differently on different screens. Product images are for identification and may not show the exact batch you receive.

All items are subject to availability. If something you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you and offer a substitute, a partial refund, or cancellation of that item.

4. Prices

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout.

Prices can change without notice, but the price that applies to your order is the price shown when you place it. If a price is listed incorrectly through obvious error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel free of charge.

5. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm receipt of your advance payment and confirm the order. We may decline an order — for example where stock is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our service area, or we suspect fraud.

6. Payment

Full cash on delivery is not available. Every order is confirmed with an advance payment, and you choose between two options:

  • 100% of the order value in advance, for which we give a 5% discount on the order; or
  • a minimum of 20% of the order value in advance, with the balance payable to the courier when the parcel is handed to you.

Payment details are shown on the order confirmation page immediately after you place the order. Your order is confirmed once we receive the advance and you have sent us the payment receipt. An order for which no advance is received within a reasonable period may be cancelled.

Refusing to accept or pay the balance on a delivered parcel without a valid reason may mean we decline future orders from you on these terms.

7. Delivery and collection

We deliver within Pakistan only. Delivery charges, estimated times and the rules on incorrect addresses are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. You may instead collect your order from our shop free of charge by choosing Pick up at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and run from the day we receive your advance payment. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns and refunds

Your right to return items, what cannot be returned, and how refunds are paid are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Any advance you have paid on an order you cancel before dispatch is refunded in full.

9. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it. We may suspend or close an account that is being misused.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to break any law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy its content for a competing service, or to place fraudulent or abusive orders.

11. Intellectual property

The PPMart name, logo, site design and the text we have written are our property. Brand names, logos and product images belonging to manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners and are shown to identify the goods we sell. You may not reproduce our content commercially without our written permission.

12. Our liability

We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered in the condition described. If we fail to do so, our liability is limited to replacing the goods or refunding what you paid for them, including delivery where the fault was ours.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — for example lost profit, lost time, or loss arising because goods did not arrive by a particular date. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Pakistani law.

13. Events outside our control

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier failure, strikes, civil disruption, natural disaster, power or internet outage, or government action. Where such an event continues, either of us may cancel the affected order and we will refund anything already paid for it.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
