Where we deliver

PPMart delivers within Pakistan only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Delivery charges

  • Rs.250 flat rate anywhere in Pakistan.
  • Free delivery on orders of Rs.4,000 or more.
  • Free if you collect from our shop — choose Pick up at checkout.

The charge that applies to your order is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm. Free delivery is applied automatically once the cart total reaches Rs.4,000.

How long delivery takes

  • Lahore — 1–2 working days
  • Rest of Pakistan — 5–7 working days

Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. These are estimates, not guarantees. Courier networks slow down during Eid, exam season and bad weather, and delivery to remote areas can take longer.

Payment

Full cash on delivery is not available. Every order is confirmed with an advance payment:

  • Pay 100% in advance and get 5% off your order.
  • Pay a minimum 20% advance and give the balance to the courier when the parcel is handed to you.

Payment details are shown on the confirmation page immediately after you place the order. Send the receipt on WhatsApp with your order number. The delivery estimates above run from the day we receive your advance, not from the day the order is placed.

Order processing

Orders placed before the end of the working day are normally processed the same or next working day. We will contact you if anything you ordered turns out to be unavailable.

Collect from our shop

You can collect any order yourself instead of having it delivered. Choose Pick up at checkout and no delivery charge applies. Collect from AL Karim Market, 7AB, Urdu Bazar, Lahore, between 10am and 9pm. Orders are usually ready within a few hours — please call 0321 8896602 or message us on WhatsApp before coming, and bring your order confirmation.

Delivery address

Please check your address and phone number carefully before confirming your order. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, and a second delivery charge applies.

If your parcel arrives damaged

Please check your parcel on delivery. If anything has been damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours on 0321 8896602 or at accessppmart@gmail.com with your order number and a photograph. We will replace or refund the item and cover the return delivery.
